As you should be well aware by now, a Fungus Overgrowth likes sugar and refined, simple carbohydrates. Mushrooms are neither of these, so in terms of a food source for a Fungus overgrowth, they do not qualify.
However, mushrooms and truffles are of course fungi, so they have the potential to trigger an immune response if you are suffering from a Fungus overgrowth and yeast sensitivity. This is something to be aware of, even though the majority of mushrooms should not cause any problems for a typical Fungal Overgrowth sufferer.
In fact, mushrooms can have some very positive properties for your health. A wide range of mushrooms (including Maitake, Reishi, and many more) are well-documented immune system boosters and are prized for these capacities in both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. A 2004 study in Japan, for instance, showed that Reishi activates parts of the immune system like white blood cells and T-cells.
In general, Fungal Overgrowth sufferers are dealing with low immune function, so if anything, mushrooms will actually tend to help someone overcome fungal overgrowth, not hinder their recovery. The list above contains lots of health-promoting mushrooms that you should be able to safely eat during your Anti-Fungus diet. The easiest to find on this list are generally Reishi, Maitake, and Shiitake.
