What You Can Expect From This Phase Of The Plan

In this stage you are introducing probiotics, continuing with the anti-Fungal diet from Phase Two, and adding some supplements or foods to repair your intestinal lining. A number of important changes are happening during this stage, even though you might not physically notice many of them yet.

  • Your gut is starting to return to a healthy, balanced state. The number of good bacteria in your gut is increasing, thanks to the probiotics you are taking, and the pH of your intestines is returning to normal levels.
  • The supplements and foods that you are taking are improving your gut integrity and lessening your body’s reactivity to foods and other irritants.
  • You may notice changes in your digestion, in your energy levels, and more. At first, not all of these will appear to be positive (for example, some experience constipation when they first take probiotics). Remember that there is still a long way to go and that any changes you see signs that the supplements and dietary changes are starting to have an impact.
